Impotence question

Ok, here is my question. I don't have any ED problem, my erection is fine, no premature ejaculation, life is great. So, why would guys like me want to take a pill for the treatment of impotence? I know friends who take Cialis for the hell of it. I'm afraid that if I take it I might lose the ability to get a natural erection. My friends keep telling me not to worry.
